Beyond Medicare there is AfterCare! A cash-based wellness plan offered to those already established Medicare patients whose annual capitation has been met or for those Medicare patients who have recovered from their injury and would like to maintain or advance their current level of function. It is based on the rehabilitation to fitness continuum and allows you the additional time and treatment needed to pursue your loftiest wellness goals without the barriers of the Medicare system.
